Overview
This tour will take you through Tanzania’s most renowned wildlife destinations—Tarangire National Park , Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Witness the breathtaking landscapes, the famous Big Five, and an abundance of wildlife in their natural habitat.
Tour Plan
Day 1:Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), you’ll be met by our safari guide. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and pre-safari briefing.
Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the city, visit local markets, or simply relax at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Arusha.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive, where you may spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. Picnic lunch within the park, allowing you to soak in the stunning scenery.
In the late afternoon, drive to your lodge near Tarangire for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, journey towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy an en-route game drive, spotting wildlife along the way.
Arrive at Serengeti in time for an afternoon game drive. Witness the vast plains teeming with wildlife, including the Big Five and the Great Migration (seasonal).
Dinner and overnight stay in a Serengeti lodge or tented camp.
Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit key areas like the Seronera Valley, known for its resident predators. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild and continue searching for wildlife, from cheetahs and hyenas to hippos and crocodiles.
Optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise (additional cost).
Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Depart early for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to an incredible concentration of wildlife. Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive, where you can spot black rhinos, lions, buffalos, and flamingos at Lake Magadi.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim. Drive back to Arusha, with optional stops at local markets or cultural sites. Drop-off at your hotel or airport for departure.
