Day 1:Tarangire National Park Game Drive

Depart from Arusha in the morning and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, leopards, giraffes, and various antelope species.

Picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. In the late afternoon, drive to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay in a comfortable lodge.

Early morning breakfast, then drive towards the Ndutu region, a crucial area for the Great Migration from December to March. Game drive en route to Ndutu, tracking migrating herds and their predators.

Explore Ndutu’s rich wildlife and scenic landscapes before heading into Serengeti National Park. Enjoy an evening game drive in Central Serengeti before checking into your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Set out early for a full-day game drive in the northern Serengeti, following the migration as herds cross the Mara River (seasonal). Witness dramatic predator-prey interactions as crocodiles, lions, and cheetahs hunt in the vast plains.

Stop for a picnic lunch in the bush, then continue exploring the remote wilderness of northern Serengeti. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Morning game drive in Serengeti to catch the early wildlife activity. After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a scenic drive through the Serengeti.

Stop at Olduvai Gorge (optional), one of the most significant archaeological sites in Africa. Arrive at Ngorongoro Highlands in the afternoon for breathtaking views and a relaxing evening at the lodge.

Early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. Explore the world’s largest unbroken caldera, home to rhinos, elephants, hippos, and an abundance of predators.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool before beginning the ascent out of the crater. Return to Arusha in the afternoon, marking the end of your incredible Great Migration safari.
